Credits are redeemable only against Secure Supplies DEF, carry no cash value, generally expire after 60 days and depend on account standing, delivery terms, taxes and freight.

“Free DEF” means an earned, capped product allowance — not an unconditional giveaway, cash rebate, guaranteed price or guaranteed savings.
- Fleet+ membership is required and priced per activated site.
- Only eligible Secure Supplies diesel gallons identified in the account schedule qualify.
- Allowances post only after the applicable diesel invoice settles and is not disputed or reversed.
- Each activated site carries its own ledger, tier percentage and monthly gallon cap.
- Credits cannot exceed actual eligible DEF use and may not be stockpiled for resale.
- Redeemable only against Secure Supplies DEF. No cash value and no transfer to unrelated accounts.
- Unused credits generally expire after 60 days unless the signed schedule states otherwise.
- The account must remain current and in good standing.
- Routine combined-route delivery is included only when written. Special freight and accessorials are billed separately.
- Applicable taxes and regulated fees remain payable.

Questions buyers ask before enrollment.
Is the DEF really included?
Yes, up to the earned and approved site allowance. Membership, qualifying diesel, settlement, actual-use, account-standing and delivery terms all apply.
Is this a cash rebate?
No. It is a DEF product allowance redeemable only through Secure Supplies. It has no cash value.
Can one company hold many memberships?
Yes. One master agreement can support separate site, tank, vessel, yard or project memberships, each with its own ledger.
Do we need a new tank or card-lock system?
No. Membership can begin with ordinary commercial invoicing. Infrastructure is optional and separately approved.
What happens after the DEF allowance is used?
Additional DEF remains available at the applicable Fleet+ member price.
Does every industry use DEF?
No. The DEF benefit applies to eligible SCR-equipped assets. Other sectors may take most of their value from fuel supply, monitoring, emergency support and consumables.
Can the concept card be used as a payment card?
Not automatically. EMV, Visa/Mastercard, Stripe, magnetic-stripe, RFID and card-lock functions require a separately approved program.
